Membership is earned through contribution, not titles or conventional credentials. New members start in a small working group where skills, experience, and commitment are assessed on real work.

✓ Currently enrolled in school, college, or university
✓ A Bangladeshi citizen
✓ Proficient in both English and Bangla
✓ Willing to collaborate and contribute professionally
✓ Curious, motivated, and genuinely interested in research
✓ Respectful and committed to a positive research environment
✓ Able to commit time and meet research deadlines
